The Brookdale Apartments is proud to offer pet-friendly apartments in Charlottesville, with the following conditions: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit; if pet exceeds 25lbs. at FULL maturity, a pet interview must be conducted prior to move-in. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, and Spitz.
